Service Description

If a payment schedule is not specified on your estimate. The client agrees to pay for completed work immediately after completion of the project. --Please advise us whether you would like to pay Cash. Debit/credit card or Bank transfer for settlement of your account -LL PAYMENTS MUST BE MADE BEFORE WE LEAVE THE PROPERTY. Please make sure you are available to check over the work and make payment - Additional charges will occur on an hourly rate if we have to wait around for payment. Work needs to be checked for any snagging on the date of completion. -Bank transfers need to have cleared 24 hours before completion of the job. Sort Code: 040004 Account Number: 27072557 -This invoice applies to the work detailed on the estimate/invoice only. -Walls must be ready and in good condition. -Rooms should be cleared for work to commence. -Up to 2 coats of emulsion on walls included unless specified otherwise. -1 coat of gloss is included on woodwork unless specified otherwise. -1 coat ceilings included on woodwork unless specified otherwise. -Unless specifically mentioned, no provision is made for repair of plastering before work commences or beneath papered walls or ceiling surfaces, as it is assumed that such plastering is in good condition, and is suitable to take treatment specified. --Similarly, the costs of the repairs and renewals of any defects which are not visible at the time of estimating will be chargeable. -A deposit may be required to cover material expense In the event of cancellation by the client, the client agrees to notify DEL THE HANDYMAN in writing or by email 7 days before the project start date. In the event that DEL THE HANDYMAN are not notified of the cancellation, the client agrees to pay all of DEL THE HANDYMAN administration, lost work and scheduling costs amounting to no less than £50 or 15% of the total project cost whichever is greater. If the customer elects to cancel our services after we have begun work, the customer agrees to pay all of Del THe Handyman's administration, lost work and scheduling costs amounting to no less than 50% of the total project cost. -Please see our website for full Terms & Conditions
